THE RESONANT BODY
a journey into movement, voice and body wisdom
For women who hold it all together — work, family, expectations — and somewhere along the way have lost touch with their own body’s wisdom, their own voice, their own rhythm, their own truth.
This 3-hour workshop is not just a practice, but a journey. A journey back into resonance — where body, breath, and voice weave together. Where movement becomes exploration, intuition becomes guide, and sound becomes discovery.
Together, we will wander into places long quiet, awaken sensation, and listen for what waits beneath the surface. We will shift from surviving to expressing. From holding it all together, to moving from what is deeply true. And along the way, we rediscover what makes us feel alive — joy in movement, pleasure in breath, the freedom of being heard.
Because when your body feels like home and your voice is grounded in authenticity —
YOU TAKE UP SPACE.
YOU INSPIRE.
YOU CREATE CHANGE.

Many of us women live with a quiet contradiction: Outwardly capable — holding careers, families, expectations. Inwardly muted — a voice not fully heard, a body not fully lived in, a truth not fully spoken.
We adapt. We manage. We perform. And in the process, we lose touch with ourselves — silencing needs, overriding intuition, shrinking to fit what’s asked of us.This workshop is a reset.
A space to return — to you. To remember the woman beneath the roles. The woman whose voice carries steady, whose body feels alive, whose presence can’t be overlooked.
You don’t need to be louder. You don’t need to be tougher.
You need to remember you again — rooted, resonant, spacious.Because when a woman is anchored in her body,
SHE INSPIRES.
SHE MOVES.
SHE LEADS. -
This workshop weaves together practices that return you to wholeness — body, mind, breath, and voice as one living system:
Somatic awareness practices — restoring a sense of safety and awakening subtle sensation
Embodied movement & yoga — cultivating fluidity, strength, and intuition
Breathwork — tapping into the power source of your voice
Playful voice explorations — instinct, discovery, and joy, without judgment
Your “home tone” — finding the voice that feels natural, steady, and sustaining
Reflection & journaling — creating space for insights to take root
Partner & group practices — to witness and be witnessed through presence, touch, and word
Somatic dancing — inviting joy, release, and embodied pleasure
Rest & integration — allowing the nervous system to anchor what you’ve opened
🎶 Woven through it all is an immersive soundscape — sometimes pulsing with rhythm, sometimes opening into silence, sometimes carried only by the raw vibration of our voices. Each moment held by sound that deepens, opens, and invites. -

At eight years old, I moved from Tehran to Vienna.
A new country. A new language. A new world. On my first day of school, I sat in silence — as if sealed in a bubble.
I could see my classmates’ and my teacher’s mouths moving — but I couldn’t hear them. The world felt muted. And I was just the observer — unseen, unheard, unable to enter. That silence didn’t stay in the classroom. It lodged in my body — in a voice that no longer felt safe to rise, in the ache of being overlooked, in the weight of having to carry it all alone.
For years, the safest place was inside myself. Inside the bubble I had built.
I repeated words in my head, perfecting the new language, imagining conversations I couldn’t yet speak aloud — trying to give shape to feelings that had no space outside. As a grown-up, after decades of yoga and meditation, I still felt something is missing.
Because I still stayed quiet when I wanted to speak. Still strained to be heard in a world that talks louder than it listens. That’s when I realized: movement and meditation weren’t enough.
To return fully, I needed to reconnect with my my voice.
And I needed to meet the frozen places in my body.Five years ago, I stepped into somatics, trauma work, and voice training.
And everything shifted.Somatic work gave me safety, regulation, and the capacity to open what had been locked away.
Voice work gave resonance, strength, and confidence on the outside — and stirred the truths I had buried deep within. It taught me that to liberate my soul, I had to liberate my body.
And to liberate my body, I had to liberate my voice. This is why I share and love this work so much.
Because I know what it means to feel silenced. To feel overlooked. To feel as if you don’t belong.
And I know the liberation of being rooted — connected to your truth, your body, and your voice. All moving as one.
Come as you are.
Bring your curiosity, breath, body, and the willingness to explore & listen – to yourself, to others, and the spaces in between.
